Terms of Service

Last updated May 27, 2026

Plain English, because the product is too. By using TrackRecord you agree to the terms below.

1. It's for fun, not a verdict

TrackRecord is an entertainment product. Each read is an AI-generated interpretation of a public playlist — not a professional, psychological, medical, or factual assessment of any real person. Don't make real decisions about yourself or anyone else based on it. It will be wrong sometimes, on purpose and by accident, and that's part of the fun.

2. The playlists you submit

You may only submit playlists you have the right to submit. For a couples read, you confirm you have that person's permission to submit their playlist for a read about them. You're responsible for the links you paste; don't submit anything you don't have the right to use.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attack, overload, scrape, or attempt to break the service, and don't use it to harass, defame, or target anyone. We can decline or remove any read at our discretion.

4. What's free, what's paid, and refunds

5. No warranty

TrackRecord is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be accurate, available, or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackRecord and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the read in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives here, with its date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

9. Contact & takedown
